Sue's Refrigerator Item

Have been told that photographing food so that it is moist and appealing to the eye and palate was very difficult.  Part of the problem is that the lights dry stuff out rather quickly and another that the surfaces are so reflective.  Lessons learned on this assignment - it is true!
