My husband was burning stumps the other night and what a perfect opportunity to practice what we learned this week! My main focus was zooming in & out, as in the first photo. It was almost dark, but just a bit of light coming through the trees.. I liked the way the shadow-effect of my husband's movement during the exposure, with the light coming through the trees like laser beams.

Bottom photo -- had to include this one just because it turned out different than I expected. My husband pushed the shutter while the camera was on tripod, while I was behind the fire moving my arms... low & behold, I look like an angel in the fire! And what is that jack-o-lantern on the side? Wickedly angelic...
